Free photoshop tutorial how to create electric text Effect.

So, I am writing following steps

which you can use to create
electric Effect on your text.

[1]-First of all open new document of Custom size

Height &
Width 400x400 pixels, Resolution 96

and Mode RGB Color As shown below
