Every website designer is looking ways and website to create cool new images and backgrounds, buttons etc for them,
here is how to create a red Plastic retangular Button.

[1]- Take a new document size may be 344x171 pixel or the size most commonly used 88X31 with Transparent background

[2]- Now create a new shape help by the

 Rectangular marquee
tool . As shown below

[3]- Go to Select>Modify>Smooth

 and use the settings below

[4]- Fill the any nice color,

 here I have felt Red color

[5]- Now create a new layer2 from the 

Layer window as shown
below by hand

[6]- Now right click and select the 

"Stroke" and use
the settings below

[7]- Your image should look like this

[8]- Double click on this Layer1 and select the

 'Bevel and Emboss'
from the Lyer style and

use the settings below

[9]- Your image should look like this

[10]- Now select the Lyer2 and double click

 on this layer now
select the "Bevel and Emboss"

and use the settings below

[11]- Type any words help by the Text tool , as shown below

[12]- Double click on the Text Layer and for Layer style

 and
use the following settings to the Bleanding Option.

[13]- Now select the Drop Shadow |

and use the Settings below

[14]- Now again Select the Bevel and Emboss 

and use the settings
below

[15]- Complete your image
